ITX Corporation is also committed to its fixed communication line business, though which it provides customers with solutions for an Internet environment that best suits them. This includes choosing a broadband connection, such as the fiber optic lines which are currently seeing a rapid expansion, and selecting an Internet service provider.

Going one step further than the usual in-store application process at shops and general merchandising stores, we have set up a telemarketing center to deal with telephone and Internet inquiries, and we are moving ahead with plans for a call center business based on telemarketing.
