Soliste Corporation At a meeting of the Board of Directors on March 28, 2007, ITX Corporation passed a resolution to dissolve consolidated subsidiary Promotions Corporation. 1. Outline of dissolved subsidiary Company name: Promotions Corporation 2. Reason for dissolution In the context of an ongoing proactive reassessment of the ITX investment portfolio, ITX has decided to dissolve Promotions Corporation to increase business efficiency. As part of a realignment of the ITX Group’s business assets in March 2006, Promotions’ digital solution business, a mainstay business at that time, was transferred by corporate separation to another ITX consolidated subsidiary. 3. Timetable of dissolution March 30, 2007: Resolution passed by Promotions to dissolve Promotions 4. Impact on ITX’s consolidated business results The liquidation of Promotions had negligible impact on ITX’s consolidated and nonconsolidated business results for the year ended March 31, 2007.
