ITX Announces Dissolution of Subsidiary



ITX Corporation (hereinafter "ITX") announced today that the decision to dissolve its consolidated subsidiary IPX Corporation (hereinafter "IPX") was resolved at the meeting of its Board of Directors held today, April 22, 2008.

1. Outline of subsidiary to be dissolved

Business activities: Patent consulting, system sales, and reverse engineering

Shareholder (shareholding ratio):  ITX Corporation (99%)

2. Reason for dissolution

IPX has been operating an intellectual property business centering on consulting in the field. The operating performance of IPX has been poor, and it is ITX's assessment that it would require a substantial amount of time to achieve future growth. Because of this, ITX has resolved to discontinue IPX's business and dissolve the company.

3. Timetable of dissolution

April 30, 2008:  Resolution of dissolution at IPX
April 30, 2008:  Dissolution
September 2008:  Scheduled conclusion of liquidation

4. Impact on ITX's consolidated business results

The impact that this matter will have on ITX's consolidated business results for the year ending March 2008 will be slight.
