ITX to Appoint New President



ITX Corporation announced today, that the Board of Directors has passed a resolution to informally appoint a new President, with details as follows.

1. Reason for New Appointment

To replace Tetsuhiko Takei, the current President, who is retiring effective June 24, 2008.

April 2002: Appointed General Manager, Finance Department
April 2004: Appointed Division Manager, Administration Division
December 2004: Appointed Representative Director, Olympus Lease Co., Ltd.
January 2005: Appointed Assistant to President, ITX Corporation
June 2005: Appointed Director, ITX Corporation
April 2006: Appointed Deputy Manager of the Corporate Planning Division, Olympus Corporation

Appointed General Manager of the Financial Strategy Department, Olympus Corporation
