ITX Announces Organizational Changes
and Personnel Changes



ITX Corporation (“ITX”) announced that it will carry out organizational changes and personnel changes on April 1, 2009, in accordance with the “Corporate Structural Reform” that was announced on December 16, 2008, and which included ITX’s merger with IT Telecom Inc. Appointments of directors are scheduled to be passed by resolution at the Ordinary Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which is scheduled to be held in June 2009. Details are as follows.

1. Organizational Changes

(1) Further strengthening of the telecommunications service business’s stable revenue base through focus of corporate resources
· Establishment of a new Telecommunications Service Division

(2) Centralization of management control functions of ITX Group companies
· Integration of the ICT Service Business Division and the Business Development Division
· Reorganization of the functions of the Business Development Division into the ICT Business Dept. and the Life Science Dept.

(3) Achievement of enhanced and more efficient inter-company operations by integration of functions
· Split-up of the Corporate Strategy and Affairs Division into the Planning Division and the Corporate Affairs Division
· Establishment of two new departments in the Planning Division: the Business Strategy Dept. and the Business Management Dept.
· Relocation of the functions of the Portfolio Strategy Dept. to the Business Management Dept.
· Reorganization of the functions of the Corporate Affairs Division into the Finance Dept., Accounting Dept., Human Resources Dept., Administration Dept., Information Systems Dept., and Internal Control Dept.
· Establishment of a new Information Security Office
